Marzipan Ice Cream

  • 450 g marzipan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cups double cream
  • milk


  1. Melt marzipan slowly in a double boiler to obtain a smooth white-ish liquid, without any lumps.

  2. Whisk together the egg and egg yolk and then mix well with the cream.

  3. Combine the marzipan liquid with the egg and cream mix and add mix in enough milk to fill the freezer.

  4. Crank until the ice cream is ready!
